You will have the chance to ask any questions you may have and allow me to explain how I work and whether we would be a good fit for each other. You can learn how CBT therapy can help you personally. It is completely confidential and obligation-free so you can see if we get on before committing to anything.

You can choose video or a phone appointment, whatever feels most comfortable for you.
